Netflix is blocking me when I try to play some titles in other countries.
I logged into Japanese Netflix to watch One Piece. It didn't show up in the search results, however I was able to circumvent that by directly clicking on the title from unogs (or googling for the title and opening from there), and I could see the play button. But when I clicked on the play button, I get an error saying "You seem to be using an unblocker or proxy. Please turn off any of these services and try again" (Error code - F7111-5059).
This never happened before, I am able to access some of the other content though. Will Netflix soon be blocking all the content exclusive to those other countries?

it's really hard to say, there is an always a cat/mouse game between Netflix and the VPN providers... Hopefully VPN's will win eventually

So from what I've seen, it seems like Netflix will only show Netflix originals when browsing with a VPN.
Whats weird is that for example, The Office and Parks and Recs show up when going for US.
Been trying to use Japan for watching Anime, but it also only shows Netflix originals.
            Im using BitDefenders VPN btw.

Connected to same VPN server in Belarus on phone and fire stick same time same account.
Phone gets Russian search results as expected
Fire stick gets Netflix only content...

              Device specific search results, weird.

I use a wifi hotspot in order to connect to a VPN via Roku and mind you, I have both a NordVPN and an ExpressVPN subscription. Nord is very in and out with its accessibility to regions that aren’t Canada and The U.K. (sometimes it lets me access other regions without the proxy error and most of the time it doesn’t). For example, I wanted to binge the Harry Potter series but the only country that has all of the movies is Spain. When I connect to a Spain server via Nord, it almost always gives me a proxy error and Harry Potter doesn’t even show up on Express’s Spain server because Netflix hides every title except for their originals. It’s so frustrating and I’m afraid that VPNs are losing their touch when it comes to bypassing Netflix.

Hi @admin I am new here. For me Nord VPN is working fine. And I felt this forum is very helpful for me. Thanks for the support. For me Nord VPN is working. I don't have any regrets about my VPN. It can now acces South Korea Titles also ( Pls update this in Filter by VPN option).

I would like to tell about myself. I am from India and I am using Netflix for 1.34 $ (4K plan) a month.
All becoz of sharing with my friends. I have Nord VPN free details. I don't spend a Penny for VPN. This forum let me find almost all movies. Except few which are in Prime Video, Hulu, etc. I have Prime Video also 6.68 $ a year (own plan).
I would like to know any VPN works on Prime Video. Would be helpful if we create a forum for Prime Video Registry also
                  Have a happy day😃

It’s seems like only certain countries on express vpn are not not blocked by Netflix. It’s not just hiding the result but it’s also preventing you to watch movies which are unavailable in your original country. Most of the countries I’ve tried with express vpn doesn’t work, but Korea and Italy seems to be working fine.

Isn't it silly and strange that Netflix is still going to war against its own customers? We are the ones who pay. And Netflix takes our money, and uses it to try to fight against us. (Netflix, listen up: right now, the studios can't release a movie in theatres. Theatres are closed. And there is Netflix to save them and create revenue, right? But when the studios come to the table, Netflix should have conditions: global rights for its viewers, or GFY.) But whether Netflix is smart enough to do this or not, it better end the Netflix War On Customers (NWOG) soon. I'm fed up with Netflix harassing me. I'm the customer!!!

But you're forgetting that they're paying licensing fees for the third-party movies and shows. Let's take Warner Bros. as an example. They have this blockbuster film that Hulu bought the streaming rights to in US, but Netflix has it in Switzerland because there's no Hulu there. Now if you were Hulu and notice that you are losing a lot of potential customers because this film that's meant to draw people in, they are watching on Switzerland Netflix using VPN instead. You'd complain to Warner Bros. about it won't you? What's the point in paying millions for the rights to a film when people can just easily watch it on their rival service? In turn, Warner Bros. will have to give pressure to Netflix to keep stuff like this under control, and Netflix needs to keep on their good side in fear of Warner Bros. pulling their entire catalogue from their service. In that scenario, we as Netflix customers would come out poorer as well. It's not like Netflix wants to war with their own customers, but they only own the streaming rights for certain shows in certain markets so they need to respect that as well.

No, I'm really not "forgetting" that they sell the same digital content at astronomically different prices to two different people in an Internet-connected world. I'm not forgetting that. I'm saying that is exactly the problem. They're clinging to a dead model. Look: 30 years ago, you would get on a plane, and if you asked the persons on your left and your right what they paid for the tickets, the differences between the three of you were enormous. This is because the airlines would quietly market seats much higher to people who had gotten used to paying a lot, etc. The internet (and particularly one internet tool that everyone now uses) killed that. Other example: once the iPhone came along, with a touch screen and icons and things you could swipe or squeeze on the screen, that was it: everyone wanted that, and Android became that and lived, and Blackberry did not, and died. Once Netflix came along, that was it: you notice Prime and Disney trying to become that (and failing, because they are still resisting the model). You can't send the kids back to the farm once they've seen the city. If Warner Brothers wants to try to look at their world map and move me around like a piece on their board, or a sheep in their shearing pen, because they've decided I have too much money to get the good price, that is their fantasy, and their problem. I'm not playing. And at the end of the day, Netflix knows I am the one paying the bills and keeping the lights on at Netflix. Netflix should turn to the studio and say (as they used to, before they betrayed us customers): "Bob is my customer and he's connecting from Dallas, and I'm not going to spy on my own customer. Go learn about the Internet and fix your business model so it works in the new century."

@admin Hey. Just tried to watch Goblin Slayer which is listed as being available in English on the Singapore server via Express VPN as it wasn't dubbed into English on the India server despite being listed hereas being dubbed and it wasn't showing up. Using Nord VPN/Express from Australia to stream to my TV. Is this was going on here?

Why bother watching ANYTHING dubbed? Just use subtitles.....

This method doesn't work, after clicking Watch on Netflix, you get the proxy error.
