The Himalayan Yog Ashram offers 7 to 50-day-long yoga teacher training programmes in English. The retreat lasts six days, with the seventh day serving as a day of leisure during which the students go on a half-day field trip with the school. All lectures, food, housing, and a half-day sightseeing excursion are all included in the course fee.
