Ducker Physio was a family-run business when it was originally established in 1992. It has gradually grown beyond the family's complete control over the years. Nowadays, Mark Covino, a new member of the board of directors, and Mark Ducker, one of the company's original founders and managing director, own ownership. Yet, the original family-owned objectives of always providing excellent hands-on care and placing a strong premium on exceptional customer service have remained constant. Both "Marks" are very driven and diligent, and they both place a strong emphasis on continuous development across the board while also actively seeking out consumer feedback.
