I thought there're no Quebecois french shows on Netflix until I found this:

unogs already got Castilian(European Spanish in the "detail" section on NF page) and Spanish, so....Quebecois french should not be ignored as well, right? ಡ◡ಡ

So...Is this the reason that the number of the country i can search has reduced to 12 from 21 now???
